Planning Permission Secured for Gemini8 Development
Davies Harrison is delighted to hear that planning permission has been secured by our client Chancerygate for their Joint Venture with Hines at Gemini8 Business Park, Warrington.
The 119,675 sq ft scheme will comprise 18 industrial / warehouse units ranging from 3,900 sq ft to 15,750 sq ft and construction is due to commence early next year.
Gemini8 has direct access to the M62 near Warrington, with occupiers in the local area including Ikea, Starbucks, Travelodge and Marks & Spencer.
