Imperial Opportunity in Farnworth March 22, 2005 Quorum Estates has sold its industrial unit, Imperial Point in Farnworth, Bolton to Percy Dougherty, the fireplace specialists, for £2.2 million. Quorum Estates acquired the former Cussons Imperial distribution centre on the Express Trading Estate last year and undertook a comprehensive refurbishment programme. Imperial Point provides 54,000 sq ft of fully refurbished floor space on a three acre secured site. The building has been completely re-clad externally providing good quality office accommodation and a substantial yard.
