FIEGE MERLIN DOCKS IN AT CHESFORD April 20, 2004 The Minton Group has secured a second tenant at Chesford Distribution Centre in Warrington. Fiege Merlin has agreed to take 21,810 sq ft (xx sq m) on a 10 year lease incorporating five yearly rent reviews at £4.35 per sq ft. The building has been completely refurbished to accommodate Fiege Merlin’s specific requirements including the construction of one dock leveller for its distribution process.
