CDP SECURES SWEET DEAL AT SHARSTON

CDP Ltd has let Sherbet Point – a new speculative 32,500 sq ft distribution depot – to Tibet & Britten, prior to completion. Tibet & Britten has agreed a 15 year lease incorporating five yearly rent reviews at a passing rent of £5.20 per sq ft.
Sherbet Point is the latest speculative development to be completed by CDP. The development comprises a high quality, self contained warehouse with offices and a substantial yard area. It is strategically located close to junction two of M56 and less than five miles to Manchester Airport and the city centre on the established Sharston Industrial Estate.
