CDP SECURES SWEET DEAL AT SHARSTON August 17, 2004 CDP Ltd has let Sherbet Point – a new speculative 32,500 sq ft distribution depot – to Tibet & Britten, prior to completion. Tibet & Britten has agreed a 15 year lease incorporating five yearly rent reviews at a passing rent of £5.20 per sq ft. Sherbet Point is the latest speculative development to be completed by CDP.
