DAVIES HARRISON CLIMBS TO NEW HEIGHTS IN ROCHDALE October 17, 2005 Manchester based property specialists, Davies Harrison has acquired a 14,000 sq ft building on School Lane in Rochdale on behalf of its client, Hallmark Developments, for figure reported to be around £425,000. The distinctive brick building is situated close to Rochdale town centre and houses a full sized indoor rock climbing chamber attracting enthusiasts from all over the North West. The building, which was acquired from the receivers, is already fully let to the Rochdale Rock Climbing Centre and a local private MOT garage. John Harrison of Davies Harrison says: “This was a great acquisition for Hallmark Developments who originate from the area and are keen to continue to expand their growing property portfolio.
