DAVIES HARRISON ON NATIONAL ACQUISITION TRAIL February 16, 2006 Davies Harrison, the niche Manchester based industrial property specialists, has acquired a 70,000 sq ft warehouse unit in Preston on behalf of its client, JTF Cash & Carry. The new unit, strategically located off the M6, has undergone an extensive refurbishment and is expected to be fully operational and trading. Rick Davies of Davies Harrison comments: “This is the second unit that we have acquired on behalf of JTF in the North West in the last 12 months.
