September 12, 2007 |
Davies Harrison, one of the UK’s leading independent industrial property specialists, has boosted its team following two new appointments. Andy McNulty has been appointed as director to head up the firm’s investment department and Andy Lynn has joined the Agency department as senior surveyor.
Andy McNulty previously worked for DGi and CB Richard Ellis. Mr McNulty is a specialist in the investment industrial market and has strong contacts with both the pension funds and the local property and investor markets. He will be working closely with the firm’s founders, Rick Davies and John Harrison, to expand the niche practice. Andy Lynn, who joins from Lambert Smith Hampton, will be focused on servicing the firm’s established occupier and investor client base.
Rick Davies of Davies Harrison comments: “We have built up a strong reputation over the last four years since Davies Harrison was established. We have been involved in a number of significant investment deals including the sale of Ashburton Point in Trafford Park, Eagle Park in Warrington and most recently the second phase of Beva Developments’ Merlin Park to ING Real Estate.”
Davies continues: “These appointments are vital to the continued growth of Davies Harrison. We have been looking for the right people for some time and believe that both Andy McNulty and Andy Lyn are the perfect candidates as they will work to help grow the company and propel us to the next level.”
Davies Harrison is the one of the only independent industrial specialists in the North West and is involved in some of the most prominent schemes in the region.
