ING REAL ESTATE SECURES FIRST TENANT AT SECOND PHASE OF MERLIN PARK

Leading independent industrial property specialists, Davies Harrison has secured the first tenant for their client ING Real Estate at the second phase of Merlin Park in Trafford Park. UTI Logistics has agreed a 10 year lease at £5.50 per sq ft for the largest unit, which totals 62,000 sq ft.
Merlin Park Phase 2 , which is situated in the heart of Trafford Park and totals 126,000 sq ft of brand new high quality warehouse accommodation, was acquired by ING Real Estate from Beva Investments and has proven to be a highly successful speculative scheme. The first phase also built by Beva Investments, totalling 108,584 sq ft, is fully occupied with occupiers including Spectrim Distribution and Charles Kendal Freight.
