The premises comprise a detached single storey engineering/manufacturing facility with ancillary stores and offices of steel truss construction with brick elevations below as asbestos roof incorporating 10% Georgian wired glazing panels.

The premises have concrete floors throughout. Lighting is by way of sodium pendant lights and heating is by way of a mixture of ambi-rad and ceiling mounted electric heaters.
The property has cranes with lifting capacity up to 10 tonnes.
A vehicle test bay has been constructed adjacent to the main engineering facility which has profile metal clad elevations and is lit by way of fluorescent strip lighting, carpeted floors, painted walls and central heating.
There is good circulation space and loading facilities around the premises with extensive hardstanding. The site is well secured by a perimeter palisade fence.
