A HAT TRICK OF NEW LETTINGS SECURED AT GEMINI8

Acting on behalf of Northwood Urban Logistics, Davies Harrison has secured three new occupiers at Gemini8 Business Park in Warrington meaning a further 22,978 sq ft of space has now been occupied.

The NHS has taken a 12,445 sq ft unit on a 15 year lease; Lumifil UK Limited has taken a 5 year lease for a 6,160 sq ft unit and Kone Kranes has relocated from Europa Boulevard having taken a 4,373 sq ft unit on a 10 year lease. Northwood Urban Logistics has also agreed a deal with existing occupier, Kenji, which has expanded its presence on the Park to take a further two adjacent units totalling 12,100 sq ft on a 5 year lease.  The quoting rental level for the scheme is £12.50 – £13 per sq ft.  

Gemini8 Business Park, which is also home to the VBG Group and Neu Projects comprises 18 high specification Grade A units ranging from 3,900 sq ft to 16,500 sq ft. All units benefit from an EPC rating of B, fully fitted offices and insulated cladding. The site also offers electric vehicle (EV) charging points and secure cycle parking. Close to Warrington town centre, the Park also provides direct access to junction 8 of the M62 motorway and is only four miles from the M6.
