Davies Harrison Acquires 26,000 sq ft Warehouse on a Substantial Site in Salford for Scaffolding Company’s Expansion

Davies Harrison Real Estate has completed the acquisition of a 26,000 sq ft warehouse on a site of 1.6 acres on behalf of Connolly Scaffolding, securing an 11-year lease where the quoting rent was £8.00 per sq ft.

The property, located on Astor Road, Salford is a modern, self-contained warehouse set within a 1.6 acre site. Benefitting from excellent access and generous yard space, the site is less than a mile from Connolly Scaffolding’s existing headquarters, making it ideally positioned to support the company’s continued growth.
