Davies Harrison Acquires New North West Facility for The Character Group
Davies Harrison has acquired a 158,000 sq ft warehouse and office facility on a 7.44 acre site in Middleton for its client, The Character Group plc for £5 million.
The complex, which is situated on Townley Street, was previously owned by Geometric Furniture who were represented by Preston O’Herlihy.
Davies Harrison recently disposed of one of the company’s previous facilities – a 340,493 sq ft multi storey mill in Oldham to North West property developer, Kellan Homes in a £3.5 million deal.
