Davies Harrison Continues its Reign of Deals in Trafford Park
Trafford Park industrial property specialists, Davies Harrison has sold a second warehouse in the popular North West logistics destination in as many weeks. Acting on behalf of Media Co Limited, Davies Harrison agreed an off market sale of a 23,896 sq ft warehouse for just over £4 million. The self contained property, which is situated on a 1.12 acre site on Churchill Point, was sold a private family office.
Davies Harrison has been retained to let the vacant building alongside DTRE.
