Davies Harrison Instructed to Sell Trafford Park Super Shed
Pin Properties has instructed leading independent industrial property consultancy, Davies Harrison as sole agents to market two refurbished warehouses totalling 189,296 sq ft in the heart of Trafford Park. Pin Properties has fully regenerated these Trafford Park landmark buildings which were formerly used as cold store.
Situated on Mosley Road, the neighbouring buildings comprise a 123,402 sq ft three storey warehouse and a 65,894 sq ft single bay warehouse. The vendor is seeking offers in excess of £5 million and £4 million respectively.
