Davies Harrison Packages Up Industrial Deal in Hyde
Acting on behalf of Invopak, Davies Harrison has acquired a 58,033 sq ft industrial building in Hyde for £1.85 million from M7 Real Estate. The two storey building, known as Frederick House on Dukinfield Road includes 20,000 sq ft of office accommodation and sits on a self contained site of 3.4 acres.
Leading package supplier, Invopak is already based in Hyde and was looking for a second site as part of its expansion strategy. Davies Harrison undertook a comprehensive search across the Greater Manchester area before sourcing the ideal facility for Invopak and also carried out a building surveying and dilapidation service for them.
Rick Davies of Davies Harrison says: “Invopak was keen to remain close to existing premises and we were especially pleased to be able to agree a £900,000 reduction from the initial agreed price of £2.75 million reduction due to the dilapidations survey that we carried out.”
