DAVIES HARRISON SECURES FIRST OCCUPIER AT CHADDERTON INDUSTRIAL PARK
Acting on behalf of Chancerygate, Davies Harrison has secured the first occupier at the speculative industrial park, Broadway Central in Chadderton as the developer reaches practical completion of the £23 million scheme.
FMG Repair Services has agreed a 15 year lease for a 27,000 sq ft stand alone unit.
Broadway Central comprises 110,000 sq ft of BREEAM Very Good rated logistics accommodation over eight units, which range in size from 7,706 sq ft up to 52,248 sq ft (units 5-8 combined). Each unit benefits from electric vehicle charging bays and 15% roof lights to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and energy costs.
