Davies Harrison Secures New Everest Letting
Acting as the sole agents on behalf of Hallmark Developments, Davies Harrison has let a 6,789 sq ft warehouse unit on Ravenhead Road in St Helens to national window and door supplier, Everest 2020 Limited on a five year lease at £5.95 per sq ft.
The multi let estate, which is owned by Hallmark Developments, is situated in the heart of St Helens, close to Ravenhead Retail Park, comprises six units in total.
John Harrison of Davies Harrison states: “Following this letting the estate is now fully let with minimal void periods since being built. With a number of interested parties, we were delighted to let the unit to Everest, to facilitate its expansion in the UK.”
