Davies Harrison Secures Trafford Park Off-Market Acquisition for Local Business Expansion
Davies Harrison Real Estate has acquired a 42,511 sq ft industrial building in Trafford Park, acting on behalf of long-standing client, Davis & Moore. The property, which sits on a 2.11 acre site, was acquired for £4.25 million in an off-market transaction.
The acquisition forms part of Davis & Moore’s ongoing expansion strategy. Davis & Moore is a well established manufacturer and distributor of industrial cleaning supplies and already owns the neighbouring building. This purchase enables the additional property to be incorporated seamlessly within its existing operations, supporting future growth and operational efficiency. The property was previously let to Crown Records Management Limited.
Despite the transaction being affectively off market, Davies Harrison secured the property following a competitive best bids process, underlining the strength of its exceptional market understanding and targeted strategy. Davis & Moore will commence a refurbishment prior to occupation.
