Davies Harrison Sells 45,938 sq ft Industrial Unit in Skelmersdale
Acting on behalf of Ductavent Management Limited, Davies Harrison has sold a 45,938 sq ft warehouse / manufacturing facility in Skelmersdale, Lancashire to construction company, JRL Property Holdings Limited. The property was available at a quoting price for £2.25m.
The detached building is situated on a four acre site on Gillibrand’s Industrial Estate, close to the M58 and will be the first North West base for the national construction company.
