Pioneer completes speculative unit at Pinnacle 52

Total Developments and contractor Pioneer have completed a 53,400 sq ft industrial development at Wardley Industrial Estate in Worsley.

The project, close to the M60 and M61 interchange, contains a 53,400 sq ft warehouse with 2,500 sq ft of office accommodation on the first floor, and has been developed by Total on a speculative basis.

The joint agents for the scheme are Davies Harrison, Savills, and Legat Owen, and Rick Davies of Davies Harrison said there had been “strong interest” in the unit.

Quoting rent is £6.75/sq ft leasehold, or £100/sq ft freehold. Other occupiers at Wardley Industrial Estate include Proline, Wilkinson Star and Howdens Joinery.
