Northwood Urban Logistics’ 136,000 sq ft Gemini8 Business Park in Warrington has reached a significant milestone with more than 80% of the scheme now let. The speculative development comprises high-quality industrial and trade units ranging in size from 3,894 sq ft to 16,556 sq ft with competitive rents from £13.00 per sq ft.
The latest lettings saw Spectre Electrical Supplies take Unit 8, comprising 9,025 sq ft, on a five year lease, while BAM Nuttall has agreed a 10 year lease for unit 6, a 6,625 sq ft building.
They join a strong line up of occupiers including Caterite Food & Wine Service Ltd, Occastore Ltd, Telefonica UK Limited, Global Freight Solutions, NHS Property Services, Kone Cranes, Lumifil, VBG, Systematic Data Solutions and Igne Group.
